Whoahhoh! After a week of niggling knee issues and a cold, I've finally got out there this morning for the last run of week 9. I've done it, and it feels really really good to say that. Not one for high achievement on the excercise front, I finally feel like I'm not a couch potato any more. Not yet doing 5k though still about 3.5k (bloody asthma) but I will now work on that goal. Feel so much healthier, happier and although the weight loss still needs work, I do feel so much better in myself and don't really care too much about that now! Keep going all those just starting out, it's well worth the effort and you will come to love it.

Well done Debbie. Don't be in too much of a rush to make that 5K. It will come. As far as the weight is concerned, I hardly lost anything on the scales but have come down a whole dress size and feel so much more fit and healthy. Enjoy that shiny badge - such a great achievement.😊
