Week 4 R3 repeated confidence restored

Repeated w4 R3 after abandoning week 5 last Sunday. Have not be out for a whole week as I have been ill with a horrible virus (probably now explains why my W5R1 last Sunday was so difficult). But fully recovered now a little apprehensive of going out this morning so decided to repeat W4R3 and smashed it. Picked a new route along a canal towpath which was lovely and much more interesting. Passed all the boats with some lovely senery. So confidence restored and will now have a couple of days off before attempting week 5 again.

Sometimes that's all it takes. A little confidence boost to remind yourself that you can do it. Enjoy week 5, take it slow and steady and don't be afraid to take an extra rest day if you need it. :)
