Wow!! So after my struggle on the last run, I had the most amazing run, staying at Glencoe, it is stunning, started out on my 30 mins, then phone battery died and I just carried on, not sure for how long but maybe 40 mins......(drove the distance later and was over 5k) the absolute high...lots of usage of the f word in delight!!

Glencoe is beautiful and after a run like that you're aloud to drop the F-bomb if you want.
