First run of week 12 and have cracked the 5K in 38.5 mins. Feels good. by end of week 9 I was doing about 4.3KM so week 10 did 3 32min runs, week 11 I did 3 35mins runs and week 12 was to be 3 38min runs hoping to do the 5K at some point. but did it on first run of week 12. My next target is to do a xmas day run (before dinner!) of 50mins.

Great work there, you have plenty of time to get to 50 minutes too. Keep loving it, and congratulations on the 5k

Congratulations! That sounds like great progress. I've just finished by week 10 and stuck to the 30 mins. They don't seem to be getting easier at the moment so I am going to do a couple more before moving on. But when I do your plan sounds good. Also just found the Nike run app which has some downloadable coaching.

Oh what's that nike app called sounds good? I found its easy to just do the 30mins so just push for another 2 mins each time, you can do it.
