Week 3 first run - suspiciously easy

Thank you for all the advice on here yesterday - I took the run nice and slowly. Going the other way round meant that I walked the (tiny) steeper bit and the gradient wasn't too bad on the rest of the route. I did both 3 minutes all the way through! Yay!

I'll be doing run 2 from my parents house, so I'll be checking out the route and keeping it slow.

The advice to go slow is right. Going at the programme steadily and carefully will see you safely delivered to Graduation at week 9 ☺

Enjoy yourself!

Well done! Slowing down is definitely the way to get through the weeks and build up the stamina for the next week. Keep going, you're doing great! C25k is one of the best things you'll ever do and if we can get through it so can you! :)
