Week 9, run 3 completed... I'm now a graduate

Later than planned as did run 2 last Thursday, although was on exercise with the Army Reserves Friday sat and Sunday.... did an assault course in Sennybridge Sunday and Monday and Tuesday realised body didn't belong to me anymore lol 😳

Yesterday went to go out at 5:30 but body needed to catch up on sleep, so today I came home from work and went out, bit slower and stiffer than I thought I would be, it doesn't matter I'm a graduate

How do I obtain my badge πŸ˜„
