Who'd have thought that little old me (not exactly little but def old) could achieve such a thing as running non stop for 30 whole minutes. I'm still in a bit of a daze. It's my only achievement in life other than being the proud 'owner' of 5 beautiful kiddywinks.
Hated PE as a child. Distinct memories of running the 1500m......very badly....took me a lifetime and thought I was literally dying.
This challenge has made me see that I can actually do running. Ok not every day has been a breeze, more like a freeze. But generally I have enjoyed it and Laura has been an absolute star.
I've done this all around my back garden...got my own little mud track going. My next challenge is to get out out....

I am sure that in your life you achieved more challenging goals than grow up your 5 kiddywinks (that is not a small thing 😏) anyway now it’s time to do something just for ourselves...let’s go, dear!👭
Congratulations Norah52 on completing C25K with week 9 run 3 and graduating, 🎓your 5 children must be very proud of their mother. 😊

Now for the open road - I graduated a couple of weeks ago and I’m enjoying just running different routes, some long sometimes short. I’m trying different music , podcasts etc
Hope you enjoy the next few weeks too ! Have fun !
