W4 R2 - tough one

Found that tough this morning....not sure why. Last 5 mins all uphill which didn't help. However I dug in, slowed to a snails pace and got through it.

Best I can say today :-( I am usually more upbeat afterwards - maybe just one of those days. Sun was out, the common looked beautiful but I was just slogging through it - never mind eh? :-)

New shoes did well tho' :-) and I'm aiming to finish week 4 this weekend - onwards and upwards

Well done keep up the good work when you've finished week 4, week 5 may look daunting but more than doable if you apply what you have done already. I will be finishing week 6 on friday and then on to the continuous runs

Running in the sunshine isn't always as much fun as it should be, I think - it just gets too hot too quickly. We all have tough runs sometimes, but you got through it, so yay you! :) Glad the new shoes are good, too.

Good! Well done. All very positive. Slowing right down and digging in for that hill is perfect. Hills might be 'orrible but they do help our fitness. They help build puff! 😊

New shoes always give us a boost. ☺ just press on slow but sure, chalking off those runs, keeping that positive mind set and you'll be fine

Have fun! ☺

Probably because you have had a lot on recently, with your bereavement.

But well done for sticking at it. Hopefully it will be better next time.

Very well done for reaching the end , we've all had a few of those runs but sticking with it and go slowly you'll make it, you may find the next run easier it'll get better as you progress with the weeks ahead .

Wishing you the best with your next run.

:)

Well done for getting through, with a hill too! We all have bad runs, sometimes no rhyme or reason for it. Remember, a bad run is better than no run at all :) Keep at it and you'll be upbeat again soon!
