FINALLY, on the fourth attempt I've cracked w6r3 on the pretend C25K. Honestly it was like finding the holy grail. I enlisted the services of MM (for enlisted read forced) and he kept pace beautifully. Even better, it seems he can't tell the time as he gave me the "only one more minute" pep talk just as the bell rang to stop running. Anyway, it's done now and onto w7 where there's no more walking. I'll have to rely on the lucky socks for a while (13 quid. Yes. 13 quid. For SOCKS. I got lightheaded when buying the running shoes and only realised the price on the way home).

Ha ha Janey1012 -i hate to break it to you but it's Thursday eve - so not quite the weekend. If its any consolation my Sunday morning was ruined recently by the realisation that it was Monday.
