I'm a size 5 and have size 2-5 long orange (salmon pink) compression socks which still fit well after being washed a few times. My black and pink short ones only came yesterday lunchtime so I don't know about them yet.

Now on my second pack and they haven't shrunk. Would recommend them.

They stay true to size, even if washed on a hot wash - really good quality!

They are fine, no shrinking and great quality.

I'm the same size as you (size 8 running shoes) and my 5.5 - 8 ones have been great despite having been washed many times.

Give them a pull when just out of the washing machine but having said that I have 4 pairs now and they are all OK.

I swear by them, I've been using them a while and they seem to be good quality.
