I made it, and felt fine. Had a few days off before hand, but did spend some time running for a bus while in London with my daughter. She was amazed that I made the bus, and I didn't get out of breath! Kept shaking her head and smiling at me. She's ex army and runs all the time. I'm not sure about the 20 min run on day 3 but hopefully that will be ok. My husband tells me to take my phone with me in case I am need rescuing. Haven't need to do that so far. Hopefully that will continue.

Think positive thoughts. Most people seemed scared of that long run but all the running you have done so far has prepared you. Lovely to impress your daughter like that just think what she will say when you have run 20 mins non stop!
