To anyone who's reading posts and thinking they couldn't do it; please believe me when I say if I can anyone can. Never ever thought I could run and overweight by 6 stone when I started (1 lost) I wasn't really full of hope. But I read posts on here and followed the program religiously.
I found this forum at the start of this journey and it is a fantastic place with lots of lovely people offering advice and encouragement along the way.
A massive thank you to all of you who've been with me and helped me along the way π
I've downloaded the 5k+ podcasts and will continue with running now I know I am a runner!!! ππ
