Hello Everyone, a few months ago, I started the couch to 5K program and then I switch to my local Zero to Hero program which started 9 weeks ago. It is similar to couch to 5K, the only different is that you start to running people like you, who want learn how to run. Being with them make it easier to do, every other day, they show up. Yesterday, I ran my 1st 5K, this coming Wednesday, I will be time and next Saturday, I will be doing my first 5K Parkrun.
