Today I'm Hydrated & Triumphant!

Well, after my earlier post, I was out today, and after increasing my water intake (was up in the night twice for a pee) feeling much better today, and managed just over 37 mins for 5km with just a couple of slow downs to short walks to take on water from my new hydration belt, so it appears the water tablets I take to control my blood pressure, (of which I must add is excellent) were dehydrating me, so will have to keep an eye on that... thanks all for your advice & concerns..😊

I like to have a coconut water will I run, tastes a bit nicer & apparently better for hydration than even water!
