Musings for this afternoon's run

I haven't run for a few days now and I think I might take a leisurely meander round Bradgate Park.

Rather than my usual 5K which is a straight line along the tarmac'd path in BPark I might go up and around.

It is _very hilly_ and could turn into a 10K so I won't be running all of it, but I think I might try a run/walk/fall-over-and-pant/run approach.

Hmmm, we will see.

Of course, if the weather still oscillates between ridiculously muggy/thundering showers then I might not...
