Starting again managed, first time to complete Cto5k and run for almost two years despite developing a balance and migraine disorder. A flare up 6 weeks ago left me on the sofa. Ready to give it another go.

Starting all over

Good luck with getting back out there. Look after yourself.

Good luck!

Welcome back and good luck for the return.

Good luck

Sorry to hear of your health issues, but be brave -- you did it before and you can do it again.
I know, because I graduated last year, then had to stop running due to health issues. After 4 months of frustration and getting to the point where I thought I'd never run again, I put the kit back on and started again from Week 1, and worked my way through the programme again. Despite not feeling entirely "back to normal" I managed to re-graduate about 6 weeks ago and have been running ever since. I have had to pay close attention to my energy levels, and usually manage 2 runs per week, rather than my original plan of 3. But, hey, 2 is better than none, right?!
Good luck with your restart. I look forward to seeing your updates 🏃🏻😊
