Today was the best run ever! I don't know if it was because it was the final run and I was really psyched up for it but everything felt right and fluid - that's the best word to describe how it felt. The past year has been particularly tough with our daughter diagnosed with breast cancer; she's now in remission, thankfully. Undertaking C25K has saved me from total meltdown and given me a focus, the challenge I needed to deal with everything life threw at our family. Anyway, I would like to thank my husband, my family, and everyone on this forum for their fantastic support and encouragement; I honestly couldn't have done it without you! Finally, thanks to my trusty trainers and sports bra for never letting me down! Now celebrating with pizza and wine. Bliss! 😊
