Nice early one this morning, was up most of the night dipping into the euro vote and the sun was out, so of I went at 6.30. I would love to say it was a breeze but sorry it was a hard slog 😡. But I did it and 2.25 miles to boot, 5k seems a fair way away but 30 mins is so close😀. Just like to say it's warm out there so any one going out take care. Oh and I got to meet Julie 😍

Well done it was muggy this morning on my run as well, and if you did 3.25 miles you did over 5k

Ahh the lovely Julie!

Not surprised it was a slog if, like me, you were checking the news every couple of hours!

Not long to graduation now.

Well done - I finished week 7 this evening and was wondering where the infamous Julie is. Now I know!

It is tough when it is hot even at 6:30. Temperature reached 35 degrees here yestercay which was just mega yuck. Thank goodness it was a rest day. Went out at 6:30 this morning but luckily it was comparitively cool. Now you've met Julie, you're a hardened runner and nothing can stop you now!
