Week 7

So here I go with week 7 run 1.

To be honest not really the best run as I had to contend with rain, wind and slippy grass but the run done.

Not a high speed one on the circuit but half of every field loop run was in the face of a stiff breeze but just a nice steady one. So roll on to the next one on Wednesday.

It's not good out there is it? But a big well done on overcoming the hurdles and ticking it off. Mind that wet grass though as you don't want to slip at this stage.

I may be stupid or missed something but are all you energetic runners fellow COPDers?

Not sure what COPD means, maybe something about Crack of Dawn.

I am an early riser because of my commute to work. Been getting up at 430am for about 30 years and I can not get out of it, even on holidays.

I just like jogging at that time as its quite and gives me time to prepare for the day. Sometimes you see things that you would not because of the early start. This morning it was a Barn Owl floating across the field.

Thank you for clearing that up.

I am just trying to get a bit fitter as I spend much of my working day in an office between meetings and my work.

Run 2 done this morning a bit drier and less windy. Only a few seconds slower than Mondays run but not worried as just after a constant pace.

Roll on Friday morning.
