I didn't set my alarm last night so went out at 8 instead of my normal 6am. It's really muggy out there so I struggled a little on the final 5 minutes but a runner who passed me on her way out overtook me on her way back and she gave me a thumbs up and a well done which gave me a real boost. Can I have my graduate badge now, Miss?
