Can't believe I've just typed that - finished week 8 this morning (on the treadmill as Summer has departed ☹️) and took it really easy , not sure about distance covered etc as there seems a wide variation between my Mapmywalk app and the treadmill but it certainly felt like i could keep going for a bit at the end! After visit to physio yesterday for ongoing back problems and some dry needling I was dreading her advice to stop running this close to the end. She did grudgingly concede that I could prob finish the program so took it really easy today. Only 3 to go - who'd have thunk it??!!
