New experience today, and I can't believe I'm saying this living in Scotland, I ran today for the first time in the rain. Wasn't pouring down just a steady sort of drizzle but fortunately never started until last 3 minutes run section then all of the 2 miles home.

Found today the hardest one yet out of all the ones I've done and it wasn't the rain as I say it started late on.

Anyway another one done and onto the last run of week 3 on Wednesday 😄

Don't fear the rain. I lovelovelove running in the rain! It was really muggy here in Bournemouth yesterday, I was so grateful for the steady drizzle.
