I know I shouldn't have went out, but after the past 2 days, I had to clear my head.... So I went for a walk and thought just do it, I found today easier than week 5, run 3 as I think breathing still a problem....

But it's done, will rest next 2 days as ankle/calf have a slight twinge ....

It's done now and after what you've been through if it helps you cope.. But if you have twinges you are right to take 2 days, or more if necessary. Don't end up on the IC as you seem to be really benefitting emotionally as well as physically with this. Good luck 🙂
