Run2 of week 8 I did at the colour run today. Great fun, lots of mess and colour. I wanted to run the whole 5k but had to walk from 4.2k as there was a queue to get to the finish line.
A fun event, maybe not for the serious runner though. Next one Parkrun

Good for you and a lovely photo there too. I did one of those runs once and it took ages to get the colour off my shoes! Great fun though.
Any tips as to getting it off?
A couple of washes for the clothes, but just time and muddy running for the shoes!
