This morning I ran a 5k Run for Women's Mental Health. It was a cool, slightly windy day - good for running. I forgot my trusty garmin at home and was a bit worried. I had no idea of my pace or the time until right at the end. I tried to keep to a reasonable pace by feeling, I was passed a lot at the beginning but around 4K and after I was doing the passing. When I saw the clock at the finish - close to 36 I sprinted or what is a sprint for me 😊 as my PB is 36:30 or so and thought I would try and get less than 36. I did it 35:47 PB chip time (that with some small hills). Good cause, good run and some nice goodies -edible and drug store stuff . All in all a fun run!
