I was planning on doing this run yesterday, but unexpectedly came on my period early and was cramping hard so I put it off until today. Luckily the thunder and lightening had finished in my area before I headed out!
Although I've felt a sense of achievement after my previous runs and had an endorphin rush, this is the first time I've got to the end of each running bit and instead of thinking "oh my God am I done yet!" I've thought "Wow, I'm done already!"
When Laura said there was only 60 seconds left in this session I broke out into my equivalent of a sprint, something I've never done before!

Awesome! Week 5 was my 'breakthrough' week too... When I first caught myself enjoying running. That came as a huge surprise after a lifelong loathing of running!
Well done. Keep up the good work 🏃🏻😊
Haha. I was happy when I realised I was daydreaming about tea, work, etc and my legs and breathing were just working! Not happened a lot but hoping for more of it!
Well done, i too have just completed W5 R1 and like you feel I've turned a real corner, i spend my rest days trying to justify giving them a miss so I can get back out there but have resisted based on advice on here and generally walk instead which i did thoroughly enjoy until i restarted this now i find it bit mundane and slow, Keep up the good work and i will see you at the finish line
