I wasn't too keen when my sister decided to run with me from week3 onwards & wanted to do the c25k to give me company. Although I loved the thought, the only "problem" was she has a few HMs under her belt & as much as I love her, I didnot want any pressure. It has turned out really well doing it with her. It has given me an idea of my 'conversational pace' as we chat along the whole time. She also kept her promise to do it at my pace & has not put any pressure on me to speed up or anything!
Really pleased to complete week 7..woo hooo. Now week 8, 28 minutes run looks achievable

Thanks IT. She is! I guess she is more excited than I am about me trying to get into running 😁 She has been running for a few years whereas running has never been my thing.
Well done! I’ve always worried about running with someone else as I’m so slow so double well done. I also completed W7 this morning, R3 was the most difficult but I hardly slept last night and probably need to have a bite to eat before I run now they are longer. Onwards to week 8!!!
