Been thinking about run 3 and wondering if I could do it then hurt my back gardening this afternoon, doh! Anyway, decided to give it a whirl and see what happened. It turned out to be better than I could have imagined. I stretched carefully beforehand and once I started the run I found my rhythm and kept going. No problem with my back and I feel fantastic. I swear I heard the Chariots of Fire music as I passed the 20 minutes mark! Thank you everyone for advice, support and inspiration. I now really believe I can do it! 😀
