Really?? Yes I done it.. :) w8R3 so amazed.. So happy.. after 6 weeks out and just one test the knee run on Monday :) How did I mannage that!! But I did :) 3k in 30 mins.. woopee woopee. I managed 2k twenty mins on Monday and took two rest days.. a swim and knee strengthening in between.. didn't really feel it thismorning.. but I thought get out and see where I get to.. something just takes over!!! 2k Mark and I thought.. I may have a bit left..knee felt fine ..breathing was good..posture was better..and before I knew it.. I wasn't giving up till 3k or 30 mins was done!!!

I'm totally gobsmacked!! I'm back.. and that race for life in July.. seems like it might just happen :)

I need to calm down.. lol.. go for a shower and get to work :)

  • Well... I cheated a bit too. I did two 30 minute runs for W8R2 & W8R3 and I just did W9R1. I want to make it official though, so two more 30minute runs it is. One's planned for Saturday and grad run on Monday (I have to calendarise runs now!). I'm getting excited!

  • Omg Hannah.. excited is an understatement..lol.. I found little graduation badge today in quality save and had to buy one in preparation..lol.. sad I know!! Looks like you will just pip me at the post.. I'm running sat..monday and grad run..fingers crossed..Fri.. wish you every success and post next runs.. I need to see how oh do :) night night x

    JT I've been running with zenlabs c25k. Seemingly there are a few different variations.. and week 8 run 3 is a 30 min run.. but I will add the week nine and run three more 30 min runs to qualify for my (hopefully) official graduation x
