A nice early start today. I felt confident goung out. The first 2 runs were ok the next 3 felt long and did get me tired but the last one was good. My end walk was brisker than I've managed up to now so I'm taking that as a sign that I am adjusting and building on what I've done so far.
Happy that I'm still keeping up π

Take the programme, steadily... that is what it is for; to take you step by step, to where you want to be. Building up, just as you are finding now!
As you move through, there will be times when you find it hard, also times when you think, wow, this is coming along, also, maybe, times when you may think... what the heck!
But, it was designed to help you succeed, not to fail. It is well structured and it works.
I guess, from reading posts, that it does not suit some folk and does not move fast enough, but for me, and loads of a similar mind set, it did and does. Knowing there is no fail.. knowing that if you follow through, however slow your pace, was reassuring for me... and I did it. I even finished up running the last week's 30 mins at 5K...Totally unexpected!
So... go you, you are building up, and soon you will be looking back amazed at yourself!!! Brilliant!
"Some people dream of success, while some people, ( like you :)) wake up. and work hard at it!"
PS
Well impressed at your early start... I love them!
I do feel more relaxed about the program because everyone has said I can always repeat a week if I need to and I can go at my own pace as slowly as I need to so knowing that is priceless.
