Hiya,

Today I went for W2R2. I think I met up with the Toxic Ten as someone here told me about. It was only around the middle of my run that I felt comfortable. Run 5 of 6 I almost felt like I was flying. But then run 6 was the contrary, my legs felt like stone. Either way I do think my breathing is doing ok, calm and regular, which was not the case years ago.

On towards W2R3, but I must admit I am getting cold feet about W3...

Well done BlackScorpion, good to hear you’re focusing on your breathing, which is so important. No need to be apprehensive about any of the weeks ahead, the programme is well structured and does work. Good luck you’re doing great 👍

Don't worry about week three the program has prepared you for it and all other runs

You’ll smash w3, BS! Don’t worry. Just continue to keep breathing that nice rhythm and see it all as a fun process of learning what it takes to tune in to your comfort sweet spot.
