The app glitched so I ended up running too long on my first run and it threw me off for the next few. Felt like I was back at W1R1 again, unable to breathe or pace myself. I (somehow) managed to finish without taking any extra time to recover but I'm a bit disheartened by how exhausted I am. I wonder if I'll be able to run longer next week -already worried!

W2R2 woes
So strange I had exactly the same thing but for the last run, by the end I was absolutely falling on the floor! Just keep taking it slow and I think we will be able to get through week three
I used the app once and it glitched. I the. Switched to the podcasts. Much simpler but less to go wrong
So I have used the podcast along with a running tracking app so I get the best of both worlds
Podcast glitched on me this morning W2R2 was fine on R1 - would not go past the 7 min mark
Totally messed up the whole thing- I made sure I did run for 9 mins- possibly slightly more but really struggled
I always use the app, but make sure my phone is in airplane mode so as not to get interrupted by texts, calls or email.
I’m just to start W6 and am proof that the program works. I ran for 20 mins this morning and never thought that be possible 5 weeks ago.
