I only did it!!! Really can't believe it , weather was so good that couldn't justify doing the treadmill so took on the usual route down country lanes billowing with cow parsley and managed the 20 mins despite again losing Laura at the 15 min mark - think I may even have run a minute or so longer. So pleased -really finding how true it is that at this stage the mental challenge( pesky gremlins) is as much if not greater that the physical. Onwards to week 6!

It's surprising how quickly we can adapt physically. The next (last!) 4 weeks are just incremental running sections- it's definitely just psychological now
