Finished week 5 run 3 was feeling good so cranked up the volume, carried on and ran a full 5k in 46 minutes. I am super pleased as 5 weeks ago I was doubtful I could even get through the first week with all my niggly injuries. I still intend to see the programme through to the end but at least I know this is achievable for me and I can only get fitter and stronger- building up to my first park run. 😁

Well done, but not really a great idea...the point of the plan, is slow and steady .. to prevent injury and we always advise that...however you feel, you stick to the plan
Hidden injury is just that...hidden . The IC is a lonely place...
Take it steady as you carry on with the plan
Take your point and I fully intend to complete the programme but you know when you just have one of those days when everything feels aligned and feeling good - not often I feel like that!! No niggles today or aches so still good to go 🤗

Fantastic and hope you're feeling great. Please listen to Oldfloss's wise words, be awful to have to sit down on the Injury Couch when you're doing so well.
