YAYYYY! W9R3 Completed!

I was a bit worried as I had been for a looong walk yesterday and felt very achey last night, but I did loads of stretches and a bit of foam rollering and felt OK, so decided to just go for it.

Woo-hoo! I feel like a proper runner now - thanks for all the encouragement everyone!

Yay!! Congratulations!! Hoping to finish this week too! (and just ordered a foam roller, aka torture device, too!)

Thanks - the rollering gets easier, I also have those lacrosse-type pressure point balls - now they ARE torture devices, LOL!

Good luck for your final run - woo-hoo!

Well done , don't forget to ask for your graduate badge against your name ☺

Thank you so much, reading your story has been a huge inspiration (and your writing reminds me fondly of the Miss Read books, do you remember those?)!

I do.. I loved them.. still do! Village School was one of my favourites..

Joseph Coggs... ( I have taught a lot of 'Joseph Coggs in my time :)... and Mrs Pringle. Oh, it takes me back, Fairacre was idyllic, or so I thought!

I think I need to read them again..:) Thanks for reminding me!

My own story goes on.. just enjoying all running and takingin all around me and then writing about it... so lucky to have some lovely running areas too :)

Great, I will continue to enjoy reading your running tales, imagining you live in Fairacre.

Hmm, I think I may read those again, I wonder if they are available on Kindle yet...?

They are!!!! I just looked... yeay! :)

As for living in Fairacre...this week i bumped into a former pupil... beautiful girl, now a beautiful woman... with two children! Eeek! How old am I ? :)

OOoh, thanks, will download them.

Argh, she just had the children young, that is what it is!

Thank you, I have downloaded the zenlabs 10K app now, not that I intend to do a 10K, but to give me something to work with until I decide what sort of running I want to do.
