I was a bit worried as I had been for a looong walk yesterday and felt very achey last night, but I did loads of stretches and a bit of foam rollering and felt OK, so decided to just go for it.
Woo-hoo! I feel like a proper runner now - thanks for all the encouragement everyone!

I do.. I loved them.. still do! Village School was one of my favourites..
Joseph Coggs... ( I have taught a lot of 'Joseph Coggs in my time :)... and Mrs Pringle. Oh, it takes me back, Fairacre was idyllic, or so I thought!
I think I need to read them again.. Thanks for reminding me!
My own story goes on.. just enjoying all running and takingin all around me and then writing about it... so lucky to have some lovely running areas too
Thank you, I have downloaded the zenlabs 10K app now, not that I intend to do a 10K, but to give me something to work with until I decide what sort of running I want to do.
Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!! Well done LessToLose ! Totally inspiring, w7r3 for me tomorrow. That sporty "g" badge you're wearing now will be spurring me on when I'm gasping 😉
