I did w7r3 yesterday, it went like a breeze! After reading a few posts about what music people listen to and strategically placing motivational tunes, I re did my playlist and what a difference it made. I literally danced along! Instead of the 25 mins I felt I could go on and on, but stopped at 29 mins so I can still get that sense of achievement on wk9! At least I now know I can do it.
