I did w7r3 yesterday, it went like a breeze! After reading a few posts about what music people listen to and strategically placing motivational tunes, I re did my playlist and what a difference it made. I literally danced along! Instead of the 25 mins I felt I could go on and on, but stopped at 29 mins so I can still get that sense of achievement on wk9! At least I now know I can do it. So thank you to all you lovely people out there and have a lovely Sunday.
Felt like dancin': I did w7r3 yesterday, it went... - Couch to 5K
Felt like dancin'
I still haven't tried running with music, I like hearing what's around me and don't like earphones, heard a tip from a marathon runner that I might try though, she is doing a race where earphones are banned, so uses I pod up fairly loud with earphones tucked in her sports bra straps! Good luck with the rest of c25k, graduation is in sight!
Thanks, w9 will soon be here and I'm enjoying the journey. I like to hear the birds and sounds of the country when outside, but at the moment I've had to resort to the treadmill because of too much pollen in the air and the music really takes away the boredom of four walls!
Well done you...nearly there... yeay!
You will feel amazing when you graduate... keep it steady and enjoy this last bit of the journey!
