Week 3 run 1 success

So, I repeated run 3 of week 2 as I had struggled to finish it and was really worried about progressing on to week 3 (spoiler alert-where there are 2 lots of 3 minute runs!!!!).

I needn’t have worried, I really enjoyed it 😆

What I think had happened is that I found the monotony hard...the continuous ‘walk 90 seconds, jog 90 seconds’ was not inspiring me at all! 🙃

I was buzzing after my run this evening, and glad I have this experience as I reminder to keep moving on 🏃🏽‍♀️👌🏻

Can’t wait for my next run now! 😃

Well done, it can feel like it’s going on forever and then suddenly half hour feels really short

Well done...the runs get slowly longer, so you'll get less run walk run walk

Well done you... take each run as it comes and know they are all building up on the one before:)

You need the steady build, to strengthen you for the lovely longer runs:)
