So, I repeated run 3 of week 2 as I had struggled to finish it and was really worried about progressing on to week 3 (spoiler alert-where there are 2 lots of 3 minute runs!!!!).
I needn’t have worried, I really enjoyed it 😆
What I think had happened is that I found the monotony hard...the continuous ‘walk 90 seconds, jog 90 seconds’ was not inspiring me at all! 🙃
I was buzzing after my run this evening, and glad I have this experience as I reminder to keep moving on 🏃🏽♀️👌🏻
