Well done! I'm also in week 4 but my 2nd run yesterday was very ploddy. I've had that big smile feeling but not from week 4! Hoping my 3rd run will feel easier.

I looked like a Cheshire Cat at the end of my first wk4 run it was amazing. I did 2 nd run yesterday and it was just as good I love the way my recovery time seem better and I m only a beetroot for an hour of so instead of all day. Keep going!!
