Finally bit the bullet!

Podcasts downloaded 2 months ago when I started a jazzercise class....last night after arriving home from the class tired but strangely energised, my little dog greeted me at the door with a look that said 'can we go for a walk again'...for some reason the moment was right for that first run, gadget attached and set to play by my daughter, headphones plugged in to ears, dog happyin I set off with trepidation....imagine my surprise to not only complete the session, but to be commended on completing week 2!! Oops wrong podcast loaded! However I am seriously chuffed 😃

My question is do I continue with week 2 runs or start from scratch?

i am a newbie too but in my personal opinion, it comes down to what you feel comfortable with, well done for starting though.

If you managed W2 with (relative) ease, it means you already have a suitable fitness level - which makes sense if you do jazzercise... whatever that is. 😄

I'd say you can continue with W2.

Anticipating the final run was fun, doing it was fine and I even kept going for a few extra minutes.
