After 6 months I thought it time to get back out running. I downloaded the app last week but kept putting off the inevitable. I'm starting back at week 1. With a heavy heart and even heavier legs I set off with my own support team of hubby and dog...and I did it. Pat on the back. It wasn't as bad as I built it up to be. Never thought I could run but I know I can I just have to believe the aching knees will pass. Onwards and upwards?!!
