I used the visual C25k chart and “ticked off” ✅ each run as I did it
Hi Ellen,i could not climb two flights of steps without puffing.Now on to week 7 run 1 but have been going twelve weeks to get this far,lots of repeat weeks just to get ready for the next step.So don't stop just repeat until you are ready to move on.
