Enjoying wider benefits of completing week five!

Went to the bluebell woods again before they start to go over. Realised that I used to find two hour dog walks a bit arduous after an hour of Pilates, but not today! Also, if Lissy were a Girl Guide, she would definitely have her Pathfinder badge; the paths are disappearing rapidly. Got home to find Fitbit says I am covering more distance in the time ai am out. Lay in bath with glass of wine and reflected that I found the pressures of SATs week easier to deal with this year. Then noticed varicose veins in leg less pronounced and admired slowly shrinking stomach (sorry if that last bit is TMI)! Knee also better thanks to the guidance from this community. Happy days!

Beautiful photo! I have found that my whole cardiovascular system has improved since starting to run and that everything else seems so much easier now.

Good news about the SATS, the veins and the tummy!
