Final run w9r3 !

Back in January I couldn't' t even run 100m let alone 5K , but yesterday my daughter was determined to make the final run one that was over 5K . I have only ever managed 4.38K in all my runs up until now. However yesterday she encouraged me around a village circuit of 6.38K ! It was hard work in the heat but satisfying on the end. I just have to repeat it again and again before my Race for Life on 19th June....

I am still amazed how far I have come 😊
