Feeling good W5 R1

I'm out of the doldrums and germ free (almost).  After struggling with a cold and W4 last week, I've been out there this evening to start W5. 

Did I find it easy? No, however I'm so pleased to have the feeling of achievement back and be looking forward instead of wanting eat worms and take a step/week backwards.

Thanks to all for the encouragement given since I started, you are all stars and winners.
