Bugger that.... 90 seconds! Each run seemed to last as long as a Monday morning at work. Got it done, though. Hopefully, Wednesday won’t feel as bad.....

I know exactly what you mean! I’m wk2 run2 today and could wait for runs to be over. But bizarrely I am looking forward to my next run. The best advice I have from here is to slow it down.
