So the first run of week two, 90 seconds felt soooooo long, but taking the advice from you all and I went slowly, really slowly and did it. So pleased. My achilles is still a bit sore so off to do some serious stretching.

Need more than stretches at the moment. Took myself for a bike ride on Wednesday and had a crash. Nothing serious but I ache all over and have big cut on my arm. So no running for me as I recover. But I am so impatient, really want to get out and get moving.
