Morning! Completed Wk4R1 last night which went quite well but this morning I put on a pair of trousers I haven't worn for a while and they were too big!!! What a great side effect lol!! πŸ˜†

That's brilliant - on the DDP Yoga site we call that an NSV (Non Scale Victory)! It's not always about the numbers on the scales and these are the victories to REALLY celebrate!

(I'm looking forward to that feeling, hope it's not too far off!)

Congratulations! I was moisturising after my post run shower yesterday and my legs felt odd. I have muscles in my legs! Haven't had any noticeable ones of those in years. This C25K thing Is amazing. Keep on running, it rocks πŸ‘
