With much anticipation I trudged my way to the gym at 9.30 ( on a Sunday morning 🙈), worried the 5 minutes runs would finish me off, but no I completed the run without having to slow down or even worse stop!! This programme really works 😀

I've just got in from doing my Week 4 Run 1 and was going to post. Yey! We smashed it! I don't know how it works but it does.

I did the same run yesterday and had the same worries, I was amazed how ready I was for it. It really does work!
