Back after 5 weeks...totally lost my mojo for many reasons. I was only 2 runs off graduating. Went out yesterday expecting a struggle & I wasn' t disappointed. Only managed 18 mins in 3 bursts. Can't believe how fast you lose it if you don't keep it up. Not totally defeated I've just had another go & managed the 30 mins (4K). Was tough but this time I've got to graduate. 2 more runs to go!!!!!!

If you're struggling it really may be worth while going back a bit. You have a life after graduation as well and if you push too hard to graduate you might not continue running. And that would be a real pity after all your hard work! The point is to become a runner and enjoy it. Just a thought!

Well done for pulling it back! Good luck for graduation!

Most of the time, we find what we expect to; if you expect to struggle, you almost certainly will.
Keep a positive attitude; don't think "I wonder how hard it will be" but "I bet I still have 30 minutes in my legs, let's prove it". And don't just think it, believe it. 😉

Yay, you made up for lost time quickly (bit of a risk though to try again without a rest day) You should be fine now for your next two runs...hang onto your mojo!

Day off tmrw then go again on Thursday. I knew yesterday wasn't good enough so had to go again today. Tonight my legs are asking for a break. Think you know your own body & when you need a break.
