Before lunch we did slinky's w6r2 and she's doing great! although she winced  about a slight incline & head wind, I told her to just back off very slightly and explained the benefit's of hill's...Plus she's ordered a pair of Asics patriot 8s for about £25! 😱

Explained the benefit of hills! Ha ha poor woman doesn't need hills in w6. She defo needs new running gear though, she's got that bit right. Hand overcthe wallet Dave, all is lost!#

 As I said! It was just a slight incline, and I explained about the benefit of doing  hills after the run! As for the shoes? She buys her own gear! Phew!😀

Slinky's new shoe's were delivered very quickly, just a few days, but although she ordered a size bigger 7, they were too narrow, so have to go back. She needs an extra wide 2E. Seems there's nothing marked on the shoe saying what width they are! How daft! Mine are marked a men's D, but a lot of women's aren't marked.. Think maybe she should go for a gait analysis & fitting in store..
